Pros

– Peel is too large if you have a small kitchen
– Color fades when cleaned

It is made with oven-ready aluminium, and the finish is done quite well. The smooth finish also means it is easy to clean up after use. It can be used in your oven, grill or barbecue – you still get the same crisp, evenly baked base.

One potential issue is that the long-handled peel is too large for manoeuvring if you happen to have a smaller kitchen. However, I personally prefer to use it as a BBQ pizza stone when cooking out on the patio. There’s nothing like the joy of watching the neighbours or passersby inhale the flavors and scents wafting through the air of my perfectly baked pizza.
