Bringing trouble to the classic Manhattan this cocktail includes Monkey Shoulder whisky and Cocchi Torino, with a little Eastern influence. It’s a stirred down drink, mixed with a little Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu plum sake, and finished off with a garnish of your future. How fun?
