Who Is This Pizza Oven For?

It suits anyone who likes pizza, which is essentially everybody. Having said that, if you are the minority who do not enjoy pizza (and I am judging you slightly, no offence intended), then the Adexa has you covered. Despite its name, you can use it for cooking toast, open-top sandwiches, or baguettes. Its versatile, and I’m all for it.

It also doesn’t matter whether you’re a professional chef or a domestic pizza enthusiast—the Adexa EPO02 can suit your needs. The brand created its commercial conveyor model with professional establishments in mind, assuring quality and performance. They also fully equipped it to handle large output without overheating or running into exhaustion issues.

Where Can I Use This Oven?

The Adexa EPO02 works well both indoors and outdoors. It does require connection to a power source, so bear that in mind before committing to any far-flung outdoor buffet ventures. Just as it’s versatile in what it can put out, it’s versatile in where you can use it, from your backyard to professional pizzerias.

What Makes This Oven Special?

There are a variety of features that I noticed when going through the Adexa’s specification that makes it stand out in comparison to some of its competitors. Firstly, the design accommodates large output, so if you’re purchasing this for your business, you can be sure that it isn’t going to give up on you halfway through the day. It can keep cooking for as long as you’re taking orders, and it cooks everything to a consistent standard.

The conveyor belt also features a speed regulator to avoid over-cooking or under-cooking food products that you pass through, so you have complete control over the process. I also noted the work that went into ensuring that overheating was not going to happen. As to be expected, when you’re putting out a high amount of food in any kitchen, overheating can be an immensely frustrating obstacle. It’s reassuring before purchase to know that measures are in place to minimise that issue.

The stainless steel design makes it all aesthetically pleasing, too. Granted in any business, the kitchen is often behind the scenes anyway, but that doesn’t mean a little suave design goes unappreciated.

Why Should I Buy This Oven?

Beyond all the reasons I just listed, the Adexa EPO02 does seem value for money. It’s a sturdy piece of equipment that takes into account some of the specific hurdles any chef is going to face and does its best to alleviate them. It looks good, and it scores highly on practicality. The belt width sits at 515mm, and it can cook at temperatures up to 260 C. It also comes with a handy crumb tray, so clean-up isn’t a laborious and time-consuming task. You can spend more time creating delicious food.

Our Verdict

The Adexa EPO02 scores highly. It pairs appealing aesthetics with practicality, and it has great versatility in its functions. As much as I might love pizza, if that isn’t on your menu, this oven still scores high with its cooking capabilities. Sure, it’s called a pizza oven, but its ability to cook sandwiches, baguettes, and other toasted foods in high quantities makes for an efficient plus to any busy kitchen.
